Why I Chose Union Hospital Family Medicine Residency:
I chose Union Hospital because I was looking for a program that offers strong hands-on experience in a rural setting, allowing me to gain a broader scope of medical practice while being part of a supportive environment that fosters both learning and growth. After my interview with the faculty and residents, I was truly impressed by their approach to teaching and mentorship. Visiting the hospital further solidified my decision, as I found everyone to be incredibly welcoming, and the work atmosphere was exactly the kind of environment I see myself thriving in. Union Hospital embodies the ideal place for me to train and develop into a well-rounded physician.
