Union Hospital's Family Medicine Residency offers unique training opportunities. Since 1976, the residency has graduated a consistent mix of allopathic and osteopathic physicians. Faculty members have blended their diverse and extensive experiences with the latest methodologies to design an outstanding three-year program.
Union Hospital's residency and physician practice are based on an inter-disciplinary team approach that includes mid-level providers, nurses, technicians, occupational therapy, and behavioral health doctoral students. All 21 residents interact with one another throughout their three years of residency, providing a great support system for each other both during and after residency training.
