The program offers an unopposed Family Medicine training experience, providing hands-on opportunities for procedures and clinical training. Additionally, its structured tracks allow me to tailor my education based on my long-term career goals. During the interview process, I was especially impressed by the program's supportive and welcoming environment - everyone I met was genuinely invested in resident success. Lastly, Union Hospital's proximity to my family and hometown played a significant role in my decision as well.
