Why I Chose Union Hospital Family Medicine Residency:
Union Hospital Family Medicine Residency was a clear choice for me because of the excellent opportunities that exist here. It was clear during interviews the residents and faculty at Union enjoy working here and create a welcoming learning environment that I found myself fitting into for three years. I plan to practice in a rural area after graduation, and the experiences granted at Union will allow me to excel in that setting. The procedural opportunities at Union will also allow me to become competent in a broad variety of outpatient procedures before I graduate. Finally, there are many opportunities for me to continue my hobbies of running, hiking, and golfing in the Terre Haute area in my free time.
