Before I even started looking at residency programs, I wrote down a list of attributes that my perfect program would have; unopposed, full spectrum care/training, supportive and knowledgeable staff, a family atmosphere within the workplace, food, parking, and most of all, that “gut feeling”. Union was able to check every single one of these boxes.
