Signing Bonus
Every first year resident shall receive $7,500 as a signing bonus. This money may be used to help with moving expenses or anything the incoming resident desires.

Cell Phone Subsidy
Every resident receives a monthly smart phone subsidy. 

CME Expenses
Every resident receives an annual CME allowance. First year residents receive a minimum of $1,000 to purchase educational materials but can receive up to $1,500 to attend an off-site CME meeting. Second and third year residents receive a minimum of $1,500 to cover CME materials but can receive up to $2,000 if they attend an off-site CME meeting.

USMLE / COMLEX Step III Reimbursement
First-time test-takers will receive reimbursement for the USMLE or COMLEX Step III examination.

ABFM Board Certification Exam Reimbursement
Every third year resident who takes and passes the ABFM board certification exam in April will be reimbursed $1,200. All residents, regardless of a pass or fail on the ABFM exam, will be reimbursed $100 for sharing the score report with the Education Coordinator.  

License / DEA
To encourage moonlighting by licensed residents, the program covers the cost for Indiana License and Federal DEA Registration.
